HIGHLIGHT YOUR BUSINESS
The cafe will be open for families to grab a bite eat while shopping. Students will be able to shop the holiday shop and purchase items for all their loved ones. We will even wrap the gifts so they stay a secret till your gift exchange. While kids shop we will have local vendors set up in the hallways that parents can browse! Stop by the raffle table with the hopes of winning some great prizes donated by local vendors and get in on the 50/50 drawing. We expect to have a great turnout and a fun filled night for all involved.
SHOPPING/VENDORS
Come out to not only shop the PTO provided holiday shop but also to browse and shop local vendors set up through out the holiday shop! This is a perfect time to not only browse but to also support local businesses. Volunteers will be available to wrap any gifts purchased at holiday shop!
FOOD
Stop by the cafe to grab a bite to each before, during or after shopping. The PTO will have various items such as pizza and chili for purchase. Make sure to warm up with a sweet treat and some hot chocolate!
RAFFLE / 5050
Feeling lucky? Make sure to stop by the raffle table where raffle tickets will be available for purchase. Up for grabs will be items from all our local vendors! Don't forget to join in the 50/50 drawing as well who knows it could be your lucky night!

Vendors are asked to fill out the vendor form located to the right of this page. Once we receive your vendor form we will contact you back if you got approved to be a vendor at the event! Once approved be ask that payment be sent to the West Rockhill Elementary school to secure your spot by November 24, 2021. We will only be accepting 1 of each known brand such as color street, Itworks, etc. So please be aware this is first come first serve! We also ask that all vendors donate one item to the raffle being held. Please keep this in mind and have the item ready at the start of the event for set up. Set up may begin at 6PM.
